Your Options After We

Shop Your Deal

Leverage with Existing Relationships:

Use the best quote we bring to negotiate better terms with your existing lenders or brokers. This gives you the advantage of getting a top-tier deal while maintaining your current relationships.

Go Directly to the New Lender:

If you prefer, you can choose to proceed directly with the new bank we’ve identified, without paying any additional fees. This allows you to establish a new lending relationship based on our findings.

We Close the Deal:

For an additional fee of $7,000, We will take charge of the entire process, managing all the details and ensuring a smooth closing of the transaction. Or you can engage us for 1/2 point at the closing capped at $100,000 and we will credit back the $4,500.

Up to 80% for purchase or refinance, 75% for cash out refinance.

We have two ways you can work with us:

"Place The Deal" Service: This comprehensive solution redefines the deal placement experience for investors, providing end-to-end support from competition creation to lender negotiation. With this package, you take an active role in managing your deal.

"Run The Deal" Service: Alternatively, you can opt to let our processing team run the deal for you. In this case, you can delegate the deal management to our experienced team, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your investment strategy.

How do I get started?
